Street food

Thai cuisine is one of the most spicy cuisines in Asia. In the recipes you can see the influence of Chinese and Indian cuisine (a large amount of curry), and local recipes with such delicacies as coconut milk, lemongrass and lime.

As a plus, it can be noted that the Thai people do not stricks the recipes (as opposed to Japanese cuisine, ), which is why the dish we order will taste different on different stalls. Speaking of stalls, we come here to the quintessence of Thai food, namely to millions of small foodtrucks spread all over the country. It seems that all thai people was born to cook and sell their meals on the street. For street food is enough a square meter of space, stove, several bowls and food products. Thanks to this power of micro enterprise, the streets of Thai cities are full of smoke and the delicious smell of oriental dishes.

One thing is absolutely certain that we’ll find something to eat absolutely everywhere and we can go hungry only because of the rather small portions (by European standards).
